GlydePath Consulting Pty Ltd (ABN 76 686 069 394) (“GlydePath”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through glydepath.com.au and our interactive tools (Catalog Architect, Value Alignment Brief, CSDM Architect).

What we collect

• Information you give us: your email address, and optionally your name, organisation, industry, and role.
• Information you create in our tools: the service descriptions, requirements, priorities and designs you enter, and the documents the tools generate for you.
• Technical information: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and analytics data, collected via cookies and similar technologies.
• Security signals: bot-protection data via Cloudflare Turnstile.

How we use it

• To run the tools and generate and deliver the document you requested.
• To contact you about the document and how GlydePath can help.
• To improve our website, tools and services.
• To protect the site from abuse and ensure security.

We rely on your consent (given when you submit your email) and our legitimate business interests.

AI processing

Our tools use artificial intelligence to generate your outputs. AI processing is performed onshore in Australia. We do not use your inputs to train AI models.

Who we share it with

We disclose personal information only to service providers who help us operate, including our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare), our email delivery provider (Resend), the AI infrastructure we use to generate tool outputs, and, if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics. We do not sell your personal information.

Where it’s stored / overseas disclosure

We host data onshore in Australia where practicable. Some of our service providers operate global infrastructure and may store or process data outside Australia as part of that. We take reasonable steps to ensure they protect it consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or de-identify it.

Your rights

You may request access to, or correction of, your personal information, and ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing info@glydepath.com.au. You may also complain to us, and if unsatisfied, to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

Cookies

We use strictly-necessary cookies to run this site. We also use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site, but only after you accept the cookie-consent prompt shown on your first visit. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. Google may process this data outside Australia; see Google’s own privacy policy for details.
