After 15 years of implementing ServiceNow across Australia and globally, I kept seeing the same issue: AI is talked about endlessly, but rarely delivered in a way that actually works for teams on the ground.
That’s why I started GlydePath — to make AI feel real, usable, and practical from day one. We're not trying to replace people with autonomous agents overnight. We're building intelligent assistants that help reduce noise, improve resolution time, and give teams back control.
